Co-founders Georgie and James were fed up with the current choice of snack products, which offered little nutritional benefit and lots of unnecessary additives and calories.
One day they decided to leave their nine-to-fives and ventured off on a culinary mission around the world to learn about foods that could be eaten anytime, anywhere that were actually nourishing for your body.
Returning home to The Cotswolds, they set to work developing the ideas they'd found. After many months spent chopping, mixing and tasting, their unique kale crisps were born.

Per calorie, kale contains more calcium than milk and more iron than beef. It's also high in fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants while being low in fat, carbohydrate and (hence) calories.
Our kale crisps are dried slowly at low temperatures to maintain all this wonderfulness. We only add a few completely natural ingredients which make them super tasty but keeps them light and crispy.
Both of our flavours contain: Cavolo nero (black kale), sea salt, unrefined coconut sugar and extra virgin olive oil. Our Vine Ripened Tomato & Oregano flavour also contains: dried tomato, deactivated yeast and dried oregano. Simple.
Our crisps are vegan and are made without dairy, gluten or any other allergens.
